The Irish Booksellers Association has released its annual list of the top 10 best selling books in Ireland.
The list, which includes titles such as The Hunger Games, The Book of Eli, The Great Gatsby, and the award-winning The Dark Knight, will be published by Irish Bookshop.
The top five books on the list are the novels by John Buchan, The Girl Who Died for Me and The Queen of the Night.
It is also the year’s best selling children’s book, with The Book That Made Me.
The second place in the list is for The Book Of Eli, with sales of 4,827 copies.
It comes in at number three in the overall top five list, just behind the best-selling books from last year, The Dark City, The Queen Of The Night, The King Of Hearts and The Book that Made Me, which sold 5,521 copies.
The third and fourth place in each of the books lists respectively The Queen and The King of Hearts.
It has been a year for the bestsellers, with each book selling a total of 479 copies.
The Book of Dreams was the best seller in the second year of the list.
The story of the son of a man who has lost his sight, The Night of the Long Knives sold 6,926 copies.
“I’m very proud to be one of the authors who has achieved the top ten,” said Buchan.
“The Book Of Dreams is a classic, which is one of my favorite books of all time.
The book is a very moving read, and I know that it has helped to bring hope and happiness to so many people around the world.”
To be in the top five on the bestseller list is amazing, and hopefully this will encourage more young people in Ireland to pursue the dream of publishing.

The novel The Night Of The Long Knive sold 1.5 million copies worldwide.
