Amazon also offers a selection of other titles from the same publisher and other online retailers, including Barnes & Noble and Kobo.
The publisher said that by opening its stores, it is also providing a “place for authors to connect with their readers” and to “sell their best books to consumers and authors.”
“Our goal is to provide a great customer experience to our readers, to ensure they are not disappointed when they buy a book from us, and to allow them to connect directly with their publishers,” Walswright said in a statement.
Walworth will also be offering the titles through its online store in the United States and Canada.
It has sold millions of books in the U.S. to retailers like Wal-Mart and Best Buy.
The publisher has also sold millions in eBooks in the UK to Amazon.
Walesworth’s books are sold in the States under the imprint “Walswworth,” which is a partnership between Walsgood and the Walswick family of publishers.
