The top five most popular titles on your Amazon Kindle, according to data from the e-book aggregator BookScan, are:This year Amazon is adding more than 70,000 titles to its library of digital collections.
And they are often not the best titles.
For example, you can’t buy The Secret Life of Pets by author Liane Moriarty and her son, Paul, for £5.99.
It’s in the top five of its digital collection, but it’s a rare purchase.

The book has been out of print since 2009.

It’s not as if the best authors aren’t reading the best book.
There are a lot of books on the Kindle that you won’t find in a bookshop, and you’ll never see a title like How to be a Writer by Emily Yoffe.
But if you’re a bookseller, you’re not going to see Yoffes books.
You’ll likely see books by others, including the best-selling author of the book, Ursula Le Guin, who also wrote The Jungle Book and The Color Purple.
If you’re looking for books that are not only a good investment, but also a good way to discover new books, it’s probably best to keep your eyes open for books on other platforms, too.
